Most camping carpets use thin polyester with glued seams that can separate when exposed to heat and moisture. The Edge Carpet uses a different construction approach.
The seams are heat-pressed (not glued), which creates a bond designed to hold up in sun and rain. The woven nylon base with PVC reinforcement is breathable, so moisture drains through instead of being trapped underneath. The reinforced edges with embedded metal eyelets help prevent corners from tearing when pegged.
It’s designed for repeated seasonal use over many years.
